ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing successful paid media marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients across numerous industries.
You will work with the team to assist with both on-going and incoming projects to ensure their success, understand brand and performance marketing across all relevant platforms including traditional and digital media channels, and report upon all active campaigns to analyse pathways for success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with our client objectives, budgets and overarching goals.
- Maintain a multi-channel marketing mindset that is focused on the integration of digital and traditional media into our clients marketing strategies to achieve results.
- Implement a variety of digital marketing tactics across Facebook Ads, Google Ads,TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to align with our clients objectives.
- Work collaboratively with our third-party media providers to strategise and implement traditional media channels into our clients overall strategies, across media platforms such as Radio, BVOD, TV, Cinema & OOH.
- Collaborate with our creative team to support in the creation of both brand aligned, and performance optimised content.
- Compose engaging and brand relevant copy to maximise the impact of our paid media, particularly across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance using data analytics tools, report on key performance metrics to clients, and provide recommendations that ensure a pathway for success.
- Strive for innovative ways to achieve client objectives by staying up-to-date on the latest digital and traditional marketing trends, best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of new business proposals.
SKILLS FOR THE ROLE
- 2+ years experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads & TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Website Tracking.
- Knowledge and experience within Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
