The role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will plan and execute end-to-end integrated B2C campaigns to grow awareness of the Flare brand, and generate product interest amongst employees and direct consumers. This role will play a pivotal role in conceiving and owning a campaign calendar and deploying initiatives throughout our networks of users.
How you'll make an impact
- Ideating, planning and deploying above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns across paid performance, video and connected TV, events, web and email
- Build and own a seasonal campaign calendar of initiatives, and work with Flare channel owners to align on key campaigns
- Manage end-to-end multichannel campaigns, including crafting messaging/creative and help define the product positioning.
- Apply experimentation framework to apply continual optimisation and campaign improvements
- Set and track campaign goals and deliverability against targets
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in campaign or growth marketing, with a proven track record driving measurable results within a high-growth business or startup
- Highly proficient in measuring campaign performance, and understanding the drivers and indicators of success
- Proven experience working with external agency partners and in-house design to bring campaigns to life, from ideation and briefing to execution
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and help the marketing team prioritise high-impact activity
- Previous email marketing experience, demonstrated proficiency with automation and CRM tools
- Experience in B2B/B2B2C/B2C or two-sided marketplace businesses is highly advantageous
