Job Title: Internal Communications Manager - Campaigns, Content and Copywriting
Location: Chiswick, London or Milton Keynes - Hybrid working averaging 1 - 2 days in the office per week.
About the role:
Due to growth, we are currently hiring for the brand-new role of Internal Communications Manager for Campaigns, Content and Copywriting.
Within this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our colleagues remain engaged and well-informed about all aspects of our business. You'll be instrumental in bringing our strategy and purpose to life, constantly seeking innovative ways to communicate and propel our culture forward while enhancing engagement.
Working closely with the Internal Communications Business Partners and stakeholders across the Group, you'll be responsible for delivering day-to-day messaging and storytelling, ensuring every employee understands their role in shaping and delivering our future strategy. the part they play in our future strategy. Your focus will be on bringing our colleagues and customers stories to life with the strategic aim of driving increased employee advocacy of our products and services across BSI.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, cultivate, and develop stories, campaigns, and internal communication plans for dissemination throughout BSI.
Craft key messages to bolster campaigns and projects, encompassing organizational announcements and company updates, ensuring alignment with our corporate narrative.
Copywriting, including the creation and proofing of updates from senior management.
Assist in crafting and executing company-wide communications, spanning announcements, blogs, articles, infographics, videos, podcasts, intranet content, various newsletters, as well as both face-to-face and virtual events.
Offer guidance and feedback to stakeholders to facilitate their content creation efforts.
Understand our diverse audiences to devise optimal reach communication strategies.
Undertake additional group communications projects as needed, while also supporting the communication delivery within strategic campaigns.
Measure and assess the effectiveness of employee communications and effectiveness.
Upskill stakeholders to enhance their proficiency in managing local Internal Communications and events.
Support in the management and enhancement of employee communication channels
As required, support with team tasks, such as distribution lists, event invitations, sourcing imagery for campaigns, conducting listening groups etc.
To be successful in the role, you will have;
Extensive experience working in Internal Communications.
Extensive copywriting and proofreading experience.
Institute of Internal Communications or Chartered Institute of Public Relations or a relevant degree (English Literature, Journalism, Media).
Demonstrable experience of managing and delivering successful communications projects and campaigns.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience in content design and production tools such as Adobe Suite, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Canva, Power BI) and/or similar tools
Able to work effectively as part of a wider comms team but also self-sufficient and able to work independently.

Experience in using AI to streamline processes, improve engagement, and enhance IC. - Desirable
