The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation funding world-class breast cancer research towards  their   vision of Zero Deaths  from breast cancer. 

Since their inception in 1994, NBCF has  invested over $200M  into more than 600 world-class research projects across Australia. In this time, death rates from breast cancer in Australia have improved by 40%.

The Role:
Reporting to the Gifts in Wills Manager, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute to a meaningful cause and making real impact! As a Gifts in Wills Executive, you'll engage with donors, promote bequests, and support life-changing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing the bequest pipeline and nurturing leads.
  • Sustaining supporter engagement through calls and email communications.
  • Providing support and acknowledgment to donors.
  • Assisting with data entry and campaign coordination as well as regular reporting.
  • Coordinate regular communications such as event invites, newsletters, birthday and Christmas cards and thank you notes.
  • Help organise events.

If you have at least one year of experience in donor care, customer service or account coordination, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for learning, we want to hear from you! Key attributes include:

  • Go getter and proactive attitude, always happy to give things a go.
