G4P is now seeking a passionate Customer Service Champion to join our teams!
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient Customer Service to G4P members and guests
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all online inquires, including responding to calls and emails
- Coordinating and supporting all corporate events held at the club
- Managing social activities (tournaments, leagues, etc.)
- Handling general maintenance to ensure the club's upkeep
- Approximately 24 hours a week, with a must for weekend availability
- You will be expected to work at both locations: G4P Docklands & G4P Richmond.
ABOUT YOU
- A can do friendly and energetic person that is customer focused, with a positive work ethic!
- Strong communication and people skills
- Prior knowledge and experience in padel and/or pickleball is favoured but not essential
