AddressMatrix Education is now hiring full time Campus Managers to lead our Hurstville campus.
As a Campus Manager, you will manage the success of your Matrix campus through leading your service team, while delivering operational excellence on site to hundreds of students and parents every week.
The role will report to the Customer Service Manager and forms part of Matrix Growth Team, which plays a key role in assisting the business realise its growth ambitions by optimising its sales functions with data backed decision making.
This role is ideal for an experienced retail or site manager with a proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets, and is seeking the next step in their sales and growth career.
What you’ll do…- Achieve the new business and retention targets of the business,
- Drive high performance within your team by providing continual feedback for growth and development,
- Daily reporting to the Customer Experience Manager regarding customer, academic and campus related issues,
- Overseeing the day to day management of the Matrix campus by your on site Service Team,
- Campus resource management, in line with the campus budgets,
- Build strong relationships with customers and other key stakeholders,
- Liaising with the Academic Units in relation to class and enrolment management,
- Build an excellent customer-focused culture with your on site team,
- Drive high performance within your team by providing continual feedback for growth and development,
- Task allocation and work flow management of your team,
- Ad hoc administrative duties and any additional tasks as set by the Customer Experience Manager.
- Minimum two years experience in leading a high performing retail store or office site,
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute ways to meet commercial KPIs,
- Be a creative thinker who is passionate about figuring out new ways to improve a business,
- Working knowledge and experience in using CRMs,
- Sufficient financial acumen to understand and manage budgets, expenses and reports,
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading a high performance team,
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills,
- Keen attention to detail,
- Flexible attitude, adaptable and results driven,
- Availability to work on weekends.
