The Australian Trade Training College is a large private RTO with three Campuses located on the North and Southside of Brisbane and one Campus in Toowoomba.

Each Campus has a large technical training facility where VET in School students, Apprentices and trade program participants are trained in a replicated workplace environments.

As an RTO, we are in continuous growth and now seek a Campus Coordinator to assist Managers and Heads of Department with Campus WHS, equipment management, and RTO fleet coordination.

Reporting to the RTO Operations Manager, this is a great chance to join a supportive team and work in a well-established organisation. This is a new role, come on board and make it your own!

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of WHS standards and compliance or the ability to attain,
• Knowledge of SOP development or the ability to attain,
• Knowledge of development and management of equipment inventories or the ability to attain,
• High level of written and verbal communication skills including experience and knowledge in the Office365 suite and other software packages,
• Be resourceful, flexible, and self-motived to work independently,
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines,
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve best practice and improve WHS and Campus inventory practices,
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Job Role:

• Identification of maintenance requirements and management of the maintenance process until close out
• Work, Health and Safety – ensure all Campuses meet WHS standards
• Updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and writing of new SOP’s for Campus trade training equipment
• Equipment and Tool Inventories created and managed for all Campuses
• Management of the RTO fleet vehicles – allocation of pool cars, vehicle inspections

• Experience working in a Vocational Training Environment – (desirable)
• WHS qualifications – (desirable)
• Experience in coordinating multiple site operations and working with multiple staff
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and action priorities
• Be solution driven with a can-do attitude

A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check is required and can be arranged for the suitable candidate.
