Campus Coordinator
The Australian Trade Training College is a large private RTO with three Campuses located on the North and Southside of Brisbane and one Campus in Toowoomba.
Each Campus has a large technical training facility where VET in School students, Apprentices and trade program participants are trained in a replicated workplace environments.
As an RTO, we are in continuous growth and now seek a Campus Coordinator to assist Managers and Heads of Department with Campus WHS, equipment management, and RTO fleet coordination.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of WHS standards and compliance or the ability to attain,
- Knowledge of SOP development or the ability to attain,
- Knowledge of development and management of equipment inventories or the ability to attain,
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including experience and knowledge in the Office365 suite and other software packages,
- Be resourceful, flexible, and self-motived to work independently,
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines,
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve best practice and improve WHS and Campus inventory practices,
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Job Role:
- Identification of maintenance requirements and management of the maintenance process until close out
- Work, Health and Safety – ensure all Campuses meet WHS standards
- Updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and writing of new SOP’s for Campus trade training equipment
- Equipment and Tool Inventories created and managed for all Campuses
- Management of the RTO fleet vehicles – allocation of pool cars, vehicle inspections

- Experience working in a Vocational Training Environment – (desirable)
- WHS qualifications – (desirable)
- Experience in coordinating multiple site operations and working with multiple staff
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and action priorities
