School Locker Campus Store located in Griffith University, Nathan

This role requires staff to have or obtain a working with children clearance.
Duties of the Campus Store Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
- General retail operations, responsible for open and close of Campus Store and adhering to set open times
- Daily administrational duties
- Diligent computer-based processing of sales and stock movement
- Develop and build a strong relationship with all stake holders within the school community
- Sound organisational and time management skill
- Report all accidents, incidents, and hazards to their Area Manager
- Undertake and complete all relevant training modules and guides as requested by School Locker
- Greeting and assisting students, parents, and teachers with all school essential requirements
- Maintaining a neat and functional workspace in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Effective daily management of inventory, including negative stock
- Consistent communication between the Area Manager and associated schools
- Accurate receiving and dispatching of transfer orders (TO) and purchase orders (PO)
- Receiving and processing of returns
- Daily picking and packing of customer online orders
- Store merchandising as advised by category managers to School Locker standard
- Effective management, preparation, organisation, and actioning of regular stocktakes as directed by Area Manager and Support Office
- Accountability for banking and security of cash. Opening and closing of Campus Store, including end of day banking and settlement in accordance with policies.
