ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to an influx of work, we are now seeking a new Candidate Manager - to join the team in 2024!
We are a small but agile team and we work hard and have a lot of fun.
As a Candidate Manageryou will be fully trained in the best practices and methodologies to become one of the best recruiters in Brisbane.
Your role, in a nutshell, is as follows:
- Screening / Interviewing Candidates
- Data entry
- Undertake reference checks
- Assisting with the onboarding process including reference checks, booking medicals
- Phone screening of candidates
- Answer general enquires
- General administration and ad hoc duties to support the recruitment team
We are looking for someone awesome that brings a proactive attitude, is curious and highly driven, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
You will be known for your exceptional customer service both internally and externally, along with the ability to manage priorities in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
Ideally, you will have:
- Prior experience in sourcing candidates as a resource, recruitment administrator, recruiter (agency or internal), or similar
- Prior experience in recruitment - we are open to candidates with a background in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning, Marketing, Advertising, Supply Chain, Logistics & Mining recruitment
- Exceptional stakeholder skills and the confidence to engage with candidates and clients
- An enthusiastic, committed, and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for candidate care and value adding to the recruitment process
- Recognition as a team player and the confidence to manage up
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and databases
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs of the business
