Driven by a dynamic innovation and growth agenda, the role of Chief Commercial Officer has been created to support the business through the next phase of evolution and expansion.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CCO is responsible for the development and implementation of effective strategies to identify and acquire new clients while deepening and broadening relationships with existing ones. They are accountable for establishing and maintaining valuable partnerships with key client stakeholders that support continued innovation and diversification for the business.

The ability to provide exceptional leadership to the Sales team is essential, as is the intellect, executive maturity and humility required to add value to the broader leadership and direction of the company, as a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team. 

This role has a strong focus on creating strategic initiatives that further the growth and evolution of CarbonLink while staying true to the company's Mission and Vision.  A background in effective contract development, negotiation and finalisation is required.

The successful candidate will be purpose driven, with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic and operational business development activities that have delivered exceptional sales results, preferably in similar channels.

They will have a deep understanding of initiating, developing and maintaining enduring customer relationships and partnerships, within a complex client landscape requiring long term investment and commitment.
