The role
Based in our St Leonards office, we are seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our busy Candidate Care division as a Candidate Manager. This is a full time permanent opportunity Monday through to Friday each week. In this role you will help recruit Educators and Teachers to join our casual pool nationally.
Core responsibilities will be:
- Advertising on job boards and social media
- Phone screen and conduct interviews
- Candidate relationship management
- Database Management
