About the Role
Reporting to the Candidate Onboarding Team Lead, your role will involve overseeing the entire Candidate Onboarding process, starting from the Letter of Employment and extending through to the commencement phase. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring that all pertinent contractual, training, and compliance obligations are fulfilled during the onboarding process, aligning with the specific requirements of the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Being the first and single point of contacts for candidate during their extended onboarding journey
- Documentation governance and ensuring all information is set up for payroll
- Managing a portfolio of candidates’ onboarding, ensuring contractual governance compliance
- Providing forecast candidate readiness and provide regular updates to the Operations Team to ensure optimised service delivery
- Participating in regular stakeholder meetings and providing portfolio updates
- Navigating candidates at risk of withdrawing and providing timely updates to Operations Management and Talent Acquisition
- Advising on compliance waiver eligibility and coordinate applications when supported
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required including inbox management, process improvement, and documentation
- Supporting candidates through Defence LMS systems, including access requests, troubleshooting and navigation issues
About You
- Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Demonstrated experience or relevant qualifications in business administration, data administration and/ or compliance
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level administration and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solution and think outside the box
