The role
With an acquisition completing in May, Rivers are seeking a high calibre Broking Assistant to join our Large Accounts team.
Working with one of our senior brokers you will be working on interesting accounts which, subject to where you are on your career journey, the role can be:
- A hands-on client engagement role actively supporting your senior broker; or alternatively,
- the role can be a great learning experience in which you can get mentored by an experienced, capable broker.

Our perfect candidate will have a minimum of Tier 2 broking qualifications and will demonstrate the ability to enthusiastically support your clients, and colleagues, by way of the delivery of great insurance solutions in accordance with the Rivers Values.

We are a privately led general Insurance Brokerage with branches located throughout Queensland and, shortly, Melbourne.

Skills and experience
