Cane Supply Manager

Opportunity Wilmar Sugar has an exciting opportunity for a Cane Supply Manager who has strong leadership experience and stakeholder management to join our Cane Supply Team. Reporting into the General Manager Cane Supply and Grower Relations, this role is responsible for managing Cane Supply arrangements, logistic operations and cane railway maintenance services in accordance with the regional business plan.

Your responsibilities will include: Lead employees to participate in and support Environment, Health and Safety improvement activities Provide strategic direction and leadership to the site and/or region Manage the total logistic operation to ensure output and quality targets are achieved on schedule at minimum costs Lead, manage and supervise the utilisation of best practice logistics standards across the region Lead the development and implementation of effective production, maintenance and capital strategies, based on risk management principles and equipment failure mode for the logistics assets in the region In consultation with Site Production Managers, set long-term goals for Cane Supply…
