How you can help.
The Capability Development Manager (12-month contract) is to design, implement, and oversee training programs & online curriculum leveraging technology, content & people that enhance the skills, knowledge, and professional growth of our workforce. They play a critical role in ensuring employees have the tools and opportunities to continuously develop and contribute to the company's success.
What you'll do.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the organisation's training needs and objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials aligned with business priorities.
- Administer and maintain learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and supporting materials.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of training programs, attendance, and participant feedback, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Explore and recommend the use of innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance training effectiveness.
- Ensure that compliance and regulatory training requirements are met and that employees are up to date on necessary certifications.
- Liaise with external training providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor the quality and delivery of outsourced training programs.
