We are seeking an experienced Capability Planning Coordinator to be a part of this team.
To be applicable for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with prior experience within Federal Government and have at least a Baseline Security Clearance.
Position Description
- Supporting the coordination of the development of input to Capability Scoping Proposal/Definition and identify potential planning of long lead items, options analysis, internal and external dependences and recommended mitigation/management plans including the connection to legacy applications for proposed initial scoping study activities.
- Supporting schedule management on behalf of the Enable Service Planning Team, identify preparation activities for upcoming projects/releases prior to transition to the ERP Delivery team and commencement of a project/release with consideration to resourcing constraints of shared ERP Delivery team resources.
- Supporting the Enabling Services Planning Team in Future Tranches development and relevant planning artefacts and governance required to deliver proposed capability outcomes.
- Leveraging ERP and SAP project management experience – working as part of a team to ensure schedule and quality targets are met and overall Defence outcomes are achieved by supporting the transfer of future Tranche planning activities to the ERP Delivery Team ensuring alignment with optimal outcomes for Defence and adoption of ERP implementation best practices.
- 5+ years’ experience in ICT ERP SAP transformation and initial planning/assessment skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of project and schedule management and documentation development demonstrating an understanding of SAP Best Practice implementation methodologies.
- 8+ years’ experience in ICT ERP SAP transformation and proven team leadership experience.
