Capital Transactions Analyst

The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Transactions and working closely with the Head of Property, the role of Capital Transactions Analyst will have broad responsibilities focused upon the acquisition and disposition of assets across Australia.  

• Creation of detailed models for the assessment of potential investment opportunities
• Assisting in the production of investor reports, presentations and committee memorandums
• Maintaining current investment models and assisting the asset management team to evaluate leasing activity, capital expenditure and annual valuations

Your Profile:
In order to be consider for the opportunity, it is important you are able to meet the following criteria:

• Strong technical financial modelling
• 4 - 7 years prior real estate experience, ideally with coverage the commercial sector / valuations
• High level interpersonal and communication skills due to the broad interactions with internal fund managers and support functions
