About the role:Wilson Parking has a vacant position as a
Car Park Manager for our site at Homebush. You will have functional responsibility and accountability for overseeing the operation and performance across a portfolio of customers. You will provide visible leadership, direction and management to a small team. This position will be offered full-time, with the flexibility to choose which 5 days you prefer to work (one must fall on the weekend).

DescriptionKey Duties include:- Proving hands-on leadership
- Actively participate in peer meetings to review group performance and establish service strategies
- Develop flexible and scalablescalable rosteringrostering systems in the deployment of services to meet fluctuating demands
- Consult closely with client stakeholders regarding service improvement initiatives
- Undertake efficiency optimisation and cost control across your portfolio
ProfileSkills and requirements:- Proven leadership ability of field-based team members
- Ability to build rapport with and manage stakeholder relationships
- Manage the delivery of significant service contracts to budget and on time, and exceeding client expectations
- Traffic management and parking experience would be preferred but is not essential
