About You:
- You're a skilled and experienced repairer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for what you do.
- You possess a recent model smartphone for logging onto jobs and have a current driver's license.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining the drive to complete tasks independently.
- Proven experience in preparing and executing all repairs/tasks described in the role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift ticket (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safe work practices.
- A keenness to learn and take on new challenges.
About The Role:
- Remove and refit parts
- Reclad using aluminum, composite, and fiberglass
- Perform clean, smooth, and effective silicone work
- Handle moderate to major repairs, including those related to storm damage, impact, fire, wood rot, and more
- Conduct framework and interior repairs
- Engage in aluminum fabrication
- Utilize guillotine, metal rollers, benders, and other equipment
- Manage basic 12v wiring
- Adhere to Caravan Fix processes and repair methods
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work zone
