CARAVAN/ MOTORHOME SERVICE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN

We are passionate about caring for caravans – their servicing, repairs and modifications. And we are passionate about building a team who are solutions-focused and who value quality workmanship. Our busy workshop is booked out months in advance, and we are recruiting for new caravan repair technicians to continue to meet the demand!
What does your day-to-day look like?
Each day you will work closely with the Workshop and Operations Manager who will handover the jobs to be completed, with clear guidelines on timeframes, process and parts required. The work is diverse and can include:
- Re-cladding and accident repair
- Fitting of all RV accessories
- Caravan Servicing ie brakes and bearings
- Fitting and fault finding with 12V systems
- Water ingress repairs
- Cabinetry work

What you bring to the table
- Prior experience within the caravan, boating or motorhome industry – repair, servicing or manufacture
- A positive, ‘can-do’ approach to life
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high level of craftsmanship and quality in your work
- The ability to show initiative and work unsupervised
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
