About the Role
The community rehabilitation program is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic physiotherapist or exercise physiologist to join the multi-disciplinary team in a fixed term opportunity. The role will include undertaking comprehensive assessments, providing therapy, consultation and educational support to clients and their support network in the general rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation and heart failure cohorts. The role will include both individualised, group care and support for the digital remote Cardiac Rehabilitation program. Telehealth experience is advantageous as we embrace innovation and accessibility in our practice.
The Community Rehabilitation team comprises of Allied Health Assistants (AHAs), Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Social Workers. You will be well supported professionally by the relevant allied health or nursing department.
