Nurse Next Door is looking for a superstar Care Ambassador (Registered or Enrolled Nurse), who will ensure that our clients are safe and happy in their own homes and lead a team of caregivers who love what they do. You may know similar roles as a Care Manager, Care Co-ordinator or Clinical Care Manager.

Your Next Adventure
Operating in a home care environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients are safe and happy in their own homes. You'll liaise with potential clients, set up individualised care plans to meet their unique needs and build professional relationships in the health industry.

Reporting to our Managing Director, your role will be a combination of front line nursing work, management and development of our growing team of nurses and personal care assistants.This includes but will not be limited to, the following:
- Design tailored and meaningful client care plans that foster positive relationships between our clients and the Care Team.
- Meet with potential clients to consult on their options for premium home care services.
- Oversee client clinical care and maintain meticulous care documentation records.
- Clinical client visits
- Be accountable for maintaining the high clinical standards set by Nurse Next Door.
- Assist in the management and development of a growing team of caregivers and nurses.
- Believe in Making Lives Better® for our clients every day, through thoughtful care and support.

Job Requirements
- AHPRA Registration (Registered or Enrolled Nurse)
- Minimum 2 years post registration experience
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion + NDIS worker screen
- The nature of this role requires rotating on call evenings and weekends.
