SalaryYour career in healthcare made personalAt Medibank we've recently unified our health services under one brand - Amplar Health.With over 1000 employees, our nurses, GPs and other amazing allied health professionals our focus is on improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.The OpportunityTo better deliver on Amplar Health and Medibank's prevention ambition, our Preventative Health Operations Squad delivers a range of funded programs including Health Concierge, CareComplete, and Health and Wellbeing Checks.As a Lead in our you will coach, guide and inspire our Clinicians to deliver programs - designed to provide a combination of specific health coaching and care coordinator services to consumers around Australia.About YouAs either an AHPRA Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional we are looking for you to share our vision to shift the way healthcare is provided in Australia - bringing your passion around preventative health - ideally chronic disease management practices, and /or health behaviour change methodology.As people leader you will be accountable for your team's goals and performance - so we look for demonstrated experience around driving and inspiring teams (that are geographically dispersed) to reach their targets which include elements like call quality and utilisation.Our service operates shifts between the hours of 08:00AM - 6:00PM (AEST) Monday to Friday.
