Your key responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations at the large Bendigo care home.
- Lead and support the clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with ACFI assessments and regulatory standards.
- Manage person-centred care planning, evaluation, and case conferencing.
- Conduct clinical governance audits and oversee medication management.
- Liaise with allied health professionals and medical practitioners to optimise resident care.
Your skills & experience
- Hold current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Post-graduate qualification in Aged Care is highly regarded.
- Prior management experience in Aged Care or acute setting is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality clinical care and effective care planning.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
