The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and capable Residential Aged Care Manager to be responsible for the operational management of this 75 bed home in Leopold. They are looking for a dynamic leader and a real people person to lead this home. With strong support from a variety of stakeholders and teams, you will drive and lead the operational success of this home and bring new and innovative ideas to the table.
About you
Along with your passionate and caring nature, you will bring a successful track record in:
- 5 years demonstrated experience managing a business operationally and financially ideally within Aged Care.
- Someone who leads by example in approaching complex issues in a changing landscape.
- Worked with a number of different systems.
- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
