Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional, innovative care services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, utilising data and feedback to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, empowering staff to explore new approaches and technologies to improve resident care and experience.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualised care plans and support holistic wellness.
  • Supervise care staff and oversee roster requirements
  • Perform necessary Critical Incident Management and expert clinical support
  • Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner
  • Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented
  • Manage clinical education and competency of staff 
  • Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture
Your skills and experience:
  • Registered Nurse Division 1 qualification (AHPRA registration).
  • Proven leadership experience in Aged Care or a related healthcare setting, with a passion for driving positive change and innovation.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of Aged Care principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
