Aged Care Agency seeks experienced Care Managers (Aged Care) for multiple contracts - 4 to 8 weeks | Regional VIC | < 150 Beds

Care Manager – Aged Care
Seeking experienced Care Managers for a variety of contracts ranging 4 to 8 weeks, commencing immediately. The largest aged home is <150 beds, and contracts based in the Regional VIC locations. Travel and accommodation provided.
Duties of the role include leading and coordinating the team in the delivery of high-quality care to residents, reporting & auditing, development and monitoring of care plans and ability to adhere to best practice and internal policies relating to Aged Care standards.
Suitable Applicants will have

• Previous experience - 2+ years in Aged Care Leadership as a Care Manager or equivalent
• Registered Nurse with AHPR Registration
• Strong leadership skills
• Availability for an ASAP commencement
• Police Check/NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain.
