Reporting to the head of Home and Living Services and overseeing a team of Home and Living Outcome Managers, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for the management of a portfolio of Supported Independent Living Environments across the southern metropolitan and Gippsland regions.
In addition, working collaboratively with a broad cross section of internal and external stakeholders, community members, staff and supported individuals the successful candidate will ensure that new innovative practices are identified and explored with the aim of enhancing the organisations commitment to Best Practice, person centered, service delivery.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with proven management experience gained from within the disability services industry including the management of services across multiple locations. In addition outstanding interpersonal, financial, analytical and time management skills are essential as is a current driver’s license. Your ability to lead a diverse team, coupled with a demonstrated commitment to the delivery of a Best Practice Service that focuses on opening opportunities for people to live the life they want will be central to your success in this role.
