Salary Range: Upto $120,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances

About the Role:
We're seeking a Permanent Care Manager who is passionate about a person-centered approach to care. This role involves managing the care of residents in a prestigious 96 Bed aged care facility in The Fraser Coast Region of Queensland.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care aligned with this NFP organisations model & philosophy.
- Manage assessment, care planning, and care evaluation effectively.
- Develop, supervise, and support the care team.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a care management role in residential aged care.
- Passion for delivering person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- AHPRA registration and NDIS Worker Checks required.
