Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Service Employees to join our SCC Caves Beach team. As a Care Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and clients. This role involves assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and promoting the well-being of those in our care.
This is a part time and full-time role. The pay rate is at $29.76 - $30.11 (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation.
The role is located at SCC Tweed Heads NSW: 1-9 Blundell Blvd, Tweed Heads NSW 2486

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents and clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and transportation needs.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social engagement.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and clients.
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate personnel.
