We are a small happy energetic family consisting of mum & dad who work full time (mum flexi office/home, dad from home), 7 year old boy (self sufficient, loves video games , trampoline, needs prompting to start homework), 5 year old girl (energetic, funny, affectionate, enjoys puzzles, alphabet, numbers, trampoline) with Autism and non verbal (learning PODD to communicate on her IPAD), and labrador dog.
Your Duties
You will pick up our daughter from school at 2.30 (Fig Tree Pocket) followed by her brother from school at 3.00 (Auchenflower) and bring them home and provide care at home until 5.00. This may include taking our daughter to therapy after school (currently Monday & Friday). Our car is available to use or you can use your own car. Full time care during school holidays may also be required, can be negotiated.

Professional, positive, energetic and empathetic. Open to learning to understand the additional needs of an autistic child, and gain a high level understanding of her communication device.A requirement of the role is : Childcare qualification Certificate III ECEC or higher, or studying for this. orDiploma, Bachelor of Education Early Childhood qualification with a primary focus on early childhood learning or studying for thisAustralian citizen, Permanent Resident or visa allowing employment continuously for 12 months or more
