Form of workFarrer Brown Court is one or our residential care homes within Anglicare’s extensive Castle Hill village precinct. A well-established home, it provides a friendly community for 133 residents.

Our Carers work with empathy and respect. They care for residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and enjoy the richness of working closely with people.

Key responsibilities:
- Help residents live each day with dignity by responding to their unique physical and emotional needs
- Helping with showering, dressing and eating
- Uphold high care standards by following procedures
- Contribute to care plans by documenting information as required
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to the Christian values in Anglicare
