Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations.
- Deliver person-centred care that caters to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
What we're looking for:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain.
- A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience, and empathy for the elderly in the community.
- Ideally has experience caring for the elderly or vulnerable individuals in a residential setting, group home, or community environment.
