We are looking for a full-time experienced Carpenter demolition to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Examining blueprints and specifications to ascertain the materials, dimensions, and demolition and installation techniques
• maintenance and repairs
• Remedial carpentry
• Refurbishments and upgrades
• fit out and de-fit out/demolition projects
• Placing orders, choosing materials, and creating layouts
• Material cutting, assembly, and nailing of shaped and cut components
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, shape materials and wallboard.
• Construct, repair and install wooden building frameworks and structures from indoors to outdoors on many projects
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively with other construction professionals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
