A full time Carpenter is Based in Dry Creek, this role will include extensive travel and work regional areas.
The duties would include not be limited to the following:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, fabricate, and install wooden and other structures according to specifications
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
- Lay out floorings, roofing, or drywalls ensuring they are levelled, and compatible
- Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenanceYour Skills and Experience would include
- AQF certificate III or equivalent or 3 years relevant experience
- Dexterity and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials
- Ability to follow all health and safety standards is essentialYour Remuneration:Salary range $70,000 - $90,000 superannuation.
