The role
- Qualified Carpenter with strong technical knowledge/doing renovations and fit out works. Please only apply if you are qualified.
- High level of attention to detail and a great attitude towards a quality delivery.
- Provide services across various sites throughout the day, maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and team.
- Hours are 55+/week. Involves after hours and weekends. (rewarded).
- You will be supported by our experienced office and field teams.
- Work alongside a great group of people with no ego's, we all get on and have fun!! Learn new skills within our specialised fields.
Essential skills, attributes, and certifications
- Hold a valid Construction White Card or ability to obtain
- Hold a valid Working with Children (Blue Card), or ability to obtain, this a must.
- Hold a valid National Police Check, or ability to obtain
- Undertake all aspects of the carpentry trade with Cert III or higher
- Monitor the WHSE management system including SWMS and JSAs to ensure hazards are identified, assessed, and controlled
- Take ownership of each site work request & planned project
- Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide professional and effective customer service, QUALITY
- Building, construction, or Facility Maintenance background with experience relating to repairs, preventative maintenance & minor works projects preferred, but not essential
- Flexible work hours as these will vary to meet our projects, days vary from 6am-7pm, plus weekend work. Variances and variety! Fantastic opportunity to earn big money with the hours that are available.
- Willingness for some travel (paid well).
- Own reliable transport and trade tools.
What we offer
- We offer a very competitive remuneration package. PAID WEEKLY!! Long time established business.
- 50-65hrs/week. Why work away when you can be home each night, earning more than working in the mines. Our hourly rate with 55+ hours per week will earn you $150,000.00+ per annum. (and you aren't in a donga at night).
