NTHA in partnership with our host employer is a small, family-owned boutique building and construction company with many years of experience in the industry and they are seeking an Apprentice to complete a Certificate III in Carpentry.
Are you new to the workforce, or seeking a change and looking forward to committing to a career as a trades-person? Would you love the opportunity to grow in a hands-on role that supports the building industry? Not only do you get secure, stable full-time hours, but also a fantastic opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Carpentry!
What's involved?
During the 48 month training contact you get to the learn the following:
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Carry out general demolition of minor building structures
- Install and replace windows and doors
- Install lining, panelling and moulding, and flooring systems
- Construct wall and ceiling frames, pitched roofs, eaves, and timber external stairs

- Drivers License
