AddressWe are currently seeking a Temporary AR/AP Administrator to join a small team of three administrators at a leading sheet metal and laser-cutting business in Forrestdale.
Location: Forrestdale
Rate: $30 - $35 an hour
Contract: ASAP Start until Mid/Late August (strong view of permanency for the right person)
Monday - Friday, 8:30 pm - 5:00pm
What will I require to be successful in this position?
- Administration experience with a knowledge of a AR/AP or a desire to learn
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a small team.
- Able to commit to the contract and available to commence immediately
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Creating invoices and sending out to clients.
- Tracking invoices and accounts, updating the database.
- Monitoring and inputting staff hours.
- Logging production hours on the master spreadsheet.
