Ultraclean is a Western Australian family run commercial and domestic cleaning business that has been operating for over 20 years. Our clients include private residents, lettings agents, aged care facilities, strata managements and building contractors. Every day is varied with no 2 days the same. We require another carpet and upholstery technician to join our existing staff.
About You
The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, will be fit and able to lift equipment, have good communication skills both written and oral, reliable time keeping skills and be able to work as part of a team or autonomously. You will need to be competent to use mobile apps to enter job information and follow daily timesheets. A current flu vaccination and police clearance is required, manual license is desirable but not required.
About The Position
Your role will incorporate carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, window cleaning, builder’s cleans and hard floor cleaning. You will need to be available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 and 6 to work a 40 hour week. After hours work will also be available on an adhoc basis but plenty of notice will be provided. Experience is an advantage but not essential as all training will be given. The areas we cover are anywhere from Joondalup to Mandurah. We supply all equipment and chemicals needed to complete all works undertaken. We offer a competitive salary, 11% superannuation, 4 weeks annual leave, company van, mobile phone and uniform.
