Position Overview: 
We’re on the hunt for a Cleaning Technician with attention to detail and a desire to get the best result to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the reins when it comes to delivering our commercial floor cleaning & maintenance programs.

While we prefer applicants with some commercial cleaning experience, we will provide all training if you have a positive attitude, self-motivation and are willing to work. This position mainly involves physical tasks, but you must also be competent at utilising technology systems and provide customer service as necessary.

This role is primarily a carpet and upholstery cleaning position based in various commercial and retail sites but is not limited to these tasks. The successful applicant will be able to solve problems and take initiative to resolve issues, be able to follow processes and demonstrate they are reliable and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet & upholstery cleaning using specialized equipment.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail and to the highest standard.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
• Provide excellent service, maintaining Premrest's reputation for quality.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in using floor buffers and CRB machines preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Flexibility to adapt to different work environments.
• Drivers Licence
• Recent Police check

Proposed schedule for this role:

- Monday-Thursday, Starting at 6 PM (32 hours).
- + up to 2 Saturdays per month
