About Us: As a Case Management Consultant in Workplace Relations, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive Case Management, consultancy, and advisory services to managers and People and Culture staff within the Agency. About the role: As a Case Management Consultant, you will provide advanced Case Management services across various people management and employee relations issues. Your role involves ensuring best practice in employee relations, establishing and maintaining networks with stakeholders, and delivering effective People and Culture resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized case plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide ongoing support and advocacy to ensure access to essential services.
- Collaborate with community resources and partner agencies to enhance client support networks.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Foster a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach in all interactions.
Multiple Permanent, full time or part time, day worker position working up to 76 hours per fortnight commencing ASAP
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

This position can be occupied in the North, North West or South
Salary:
$104,756 - $118,730 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Law or Workplace Relations
- Current Drivers Licence
- crimes of violence
- sex related offences
- serious drug offences
- crimes involving dishonesty
- Identification check
- Disciplinary action in previous employment check.
