Role
Working as part of a holistic team your role will be to provide comprehensive case management support to children, families and carers in Foster Care placements. You will supervise, assess and support carers to ensure placements are safe, nurturing and child focused. You will also help keep children connected to culture and where appropriate maintain a relationship with birth families.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.
- Previous case management experience.
- Experience in OOHC and an understanding of child protection issues.
- Drivers license.
