We are currently seeking a team of skilled and passionate individuals to join our client's growing team of Case Managers.
This Case Manager role Deals with escalations to the Financial Ombudsman, AFCA, when claims related to improperly sold insurance are denied by financial institutions.
If you have a background in Financial Advice Remediation, Finance or Legal, and a desire to advocate on behalf of consumers to achieve positive outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract opportunity to work for a fantastic brand, in a positive team environment.
The Opportunity:
Salary Rate: $88 - $94k including super
Start: ASAP
Location: Melbourne CBD - Hybrid role (3 days p/w in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing complex customer files specifically around mis-sold insurance.
- Working on complex claims that are being escalated to the Financial Ombudsnman and AFCA.
- Working with customers seeking compensation and delivering positive outcomes.
Required work experience, skills, or education:
- A background in Financial Advice Remediation, Legal or Finance is preferable.
- High attention to detail with an investigative Mindset.
- Possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with a positive, proactive attitude.
