As the Case Manager within the New Business Underwriting Operations team, you will be responsible for tracking New Business submissions, completions, and relentlessly working to reduce end-to-end turnaround times through suspense management activities.
You will work in collaboration with our Underwriters, Health Connect Consultants and Sales team for New Business lodged, managing workflows, systems processing, correspondence, and phone calls.
Important to your success - let's grow together
- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service in a client service role, contact centre experience advantageous.
- Strong level of PC skills, including experience using Excel, Word, and other software packages necessary to the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus and the ability to build and maintain trustful working relationships, at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a solutions driven approach.
