Are you a motivated and energetic individual looking for a part-time role in the hospitality industry? We are currently seeking experienced all-rounders to join our team. As a Front of House operation team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Accurately processing sales transactions using a cash register or POS system
• Handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
• Providing customers with receipts and reconciling cash registers at the end of each shift
• Assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Following all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a cafe or similar establishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the usual shift from 10 AM to 4 PM
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.

Runners

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food and beverage preparation, such as making coffee, tea, and simple snacks
• Delivering orders to customers' tables promptly and accurately
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-House staff to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
• Always Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cafe runner or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the usual shift from 11 AM to 3 PM
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.

 Front of House Staff

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they enter the cafe with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Serving orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing recommendations on menu items and answering any customer inquiries
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house role within a cafe or restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the usual shift from 7 AM to 3 PM and 11 AM to 5 PM depending on the requirement.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
