As a Reception/Office Support, you'll enjoy a varied role with exciting responsibilities such as:

  • Being the welcoming face at front desk
  • Engaging in professional email and phone correspondence
  • Mastering data entry tasks
  • Assisting with estimating and quotations
  • Handling invoicing and accounts
  • Managing payroll efficiently
  • Scheduling appointments and services seamlessly
  • Generating insightful reports
  • Maintaining meticulous records and filing systems
  • Organising staff inductions and training sessions
  • Showcasing your advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ideal candidate possesses:

  • 1-2 years of proven administration experience
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
  • Certification in Business Administration (Certificate II, III, or IV)
  • While not mandatory, electrical knowledge or experience would be advantageous
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
