As a Reception/Office Support, you'll enjoy a varied role with exciting responsibilities such as:
- Being the welcoming face at front desk
- Engaging in professional email and phone correspondence
- Mastering data entry tasks
- Assisting with estimating and quotations
- Handling invoicing and accounts
- Managing payroll efficiently
- Scheduling appointments and services seamlessly
- Generating insightful reports
- Maintaining meticulous records and filing systems
- Organising staff inductions and training sessions
- Showcasing your advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ideal candidate possesses:
- 1-2 years of proven administration experience
- Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
- Certification in Business Administration (Certificate II, III, or IV)
- While not mandatory, electrical knowledge or experience would be advantageous
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
