St Paul’s is a Christian Co-Educational Day & Boarding College nestled in the rural setting of Walla Walla (north of Albury).
Our College is situated on spacious and attractive grounds approximately 40km north of Albury/Wodonga. Day and boarding students are drawn from local communities, the cities of Albury and Wodonga, the Riverina, North Eastern Victoria and more remote locations. The College has 300 students, of whom 90 are boarders.
St Paul’s College Boarding House values staff who demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to their work and have a willingness in the life of the school. The Role
The primary role of boarding staff is to provide and promote a safe, caring, compassionate, happy, homely, and organised environment for boarding students while living on campus. They will be responsive and open to engaging and sharing in the boarding experience of our boarding students. This includes the implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate this process in keeping with the mission and goals of the school.
A desire to work with adolescents as part of a team of boarding staff, flexibility, and a willingness to help when needed is essential. On the job training is provided.
