The Catering Assistant level 2 assists in the provision of a high-quality food & beverage service by undertaking responsibilities and duties in addition to the level 1 tasks. This encompasses specific areas of the service including the salad and sandwich area, preparation of hot breakfast items, ingredients and stores control, opening and securing of an area, and the meal service

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
