Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and directing all aspects of Kitchen operations
- Outstanding communication skills with a confident, friendly and professional approach, and most importantly a sound knowledge of their craft.
- Effective planning, time management and decision making skills.
- Ensure the consistent and smooth running of food preparation and production.
- When needed to work autonomously and run shift periods.
Casual position with attractive hourly rates, get paid for every hour you work.
