Edgewater Restaurant offers a modern take on casual fine dining, with a great produce driven menu in the heart of the Gold Coast dining scene. YOUR BACKGROUND  Previous experience working for a fast-paced restaurant as CDP. A team player attitude with a love of food and a drive for excellence. Enthusiasm, commitment, and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Work well under pressure and can adapt to changes and customer needs. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
